Better BIS

Description

Displays BIS list on every item, ex hovering over head item will display the head bis list.
Will also show what spec that have the item on their bis list, with rank.

Functions

Hold “Alt” to see your bis list for the same type of item you are hovering.
Shows the rank of the item for every added spec’s.
