BiS Best In Slot Items Tooltip TBC Phase 2

Best In Slot tooltips is a simple way to add description to the Items Links when viewing whether in Chat or Atlasloot etc, 

Its main purpose to help first know which classes are best to roll on and in that case be credited or debited accordingly.

 As of now, this is the Beta, no known issues upon testing

Development notes :

 Currently only displays Phase 2 Best In Slot tooltips, upon successful demand or interest I would add prior Phase 1 Tooltips as well and future BiS lists.

As for now, this was made specifically to self assist and guild usage.
