Features:
- Announces Throw Proximity Bomb casts in chat
- Sets raid target icons on the casting Shadowmoon Technician, if not already marked
(This uses Circle and Diamond by default. Adjust this on line 101 if you do not like the choice. Icon IDs are here.) - De-conflicting — even if multiple players use the addon, only one will announce the Bomb!! to chat.
