Destination

The |cFFFFFFFFDestination|r box defines a sequence of symbols telling GemSay where to try to send your message, just as with the /gs command. GemSay stops on the first success.

|cFFFFFFFFa|r: raid warning

|cFFFFFFFFd|r: debug, just print

|cFFFFFFFFe|r: emote

|cFFFFFFFFg|r: guild chat

|cFFFFFFFFi|r: instance group

|cFFFFFFFFo|r: guild officer chat

|cFFFFFFFFp|r: party

|cFFFFFFFFr|r: raid

|cFFFFFFFFs|r: say

|cFFFFFFFFy|r: yell

|cFFFFFFFFw(|r|cFF00FFFFplayer|r|cFFFFFFFF)|r: whisper player

|cFFFFFFFF1|r-|cFFFFFFFF9|r: numbered chat channel

Message

Although the |cFFFFFFFFMessage|r can just be plain text, certain % codes in the message will cause GemSay to look up information.

|cFFFFFFFF%m|r, |cFFFFFFFF%w|r, |cFFFFFFFF%x|r, |cFFFFFFFF%y|r, |cFFFFFFFF%z|r: your map coordinates, minimap text, real zone name, subzone name, or zone name

|cFFFFFFFF%g|r|cFF00FFFFcategory|r: a random text category from the /gsr window

|cFFFFFFFF%tt|r, |cFFFFFFFF%tr|r, |cFFFFFFFF%tc|r, |cFFFFFFFF%tl|r, |cFFFFFFFF%tf|r, |cFFFFFFFF%ts|r: target's name, race, class, level, faction, or sex

|cFFFFFFFF%tn|r, |cFFFFFFFF%to|r, |cFFFFFFFF%tp|r, |cFFFFFFFF%tq|r: target's he/she/it pronoun, him/her/it, his/her/its, his/hers/its

Replace the first 't' with 'e' for pet, 'f' for focus, 'p' for player (you), or 's' for the actual target of the last spell you tried casting, even if different from target. You can stack these for target's target (tt), target's focus (tf), etc.

Capitalize the code (|cFFFFFFFF%TT|r) to capitalize the first letter. Put a ^ after the % (|cFFFFFFFF%^tt|r) for all caps. Put a _ after the % (|cFFFFFFFF%_tt|r) for all lowercase.

Example

|cFFFFFFFFrp Now sheeping %tt. %gsheep|r -- Tells the raid you are sheeping your target, along with a possibly humorous remark from the 'sheep' category you set up in /gsr. If you're not in a raid, tells the party. If you're not in a party either, or if you have no target set, says nothing.
