Assign RAID DUTIES in easy way.

- provides administrative interface for raid/party leader and raid assistants
- allows to define type of duty, icon, target, mark and even more specific note
- structurized frame is displayed to assignees using Duty Manager
- whispers with duty descriptions are sent to raiders without Duty Manager

Admin window can be opened either by clicking on minimap icon or with /duty command
