HandyNotes Midsummer Festival TBC

This is a TBC version of the original retail HandyNotes Midsummer Festival addon created by Ravendwyr https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/handynotes_summerfestival. The original author Ravendwyr has given me approval to post this update.

This version works for all 3 versions (Classic/TBC/Retail) bonfires, I’ve gone around and checked each bonfire to update the correct coords for classic and TBC, added some missing ones that were removed on retail, and updated all the classic map IDs.
