Icecrown Community Toolkit
The Icecrown Community Toolkit (ICC Toolkit) provides a selection of tools and utilities which members of the Icecrown Community can use to aid in the smooth operation of the day-to-day tasks within the community. Right now, it has three key features with the intention that the ICC Toolkit can be expanded to enable more features in the future. These are the Trade Logger, Mail Logger and Gold Mailer.
The Trade Logger keeps track of when you traded, who you traded, where you traded and what was traded. This is useful for Boosters to prove they traded items, as well as for Advertisers to prove that gold was traded.
All trade data can be viewed within the Trade Log. The data is represented in an easy to understand, filterable table. You can input multiple search terms to narrow down specific trades. You can click on an entry to bring up additional information.
When trading a player, previous trades will also be shown for that particular character in the Trades Quick Panel.
The Mail Logger keeps track of mail that is both sent and received and records the recipient, sender, subject, body and any attached items and gold. This is mainly useful for Advertisers to prove gold was sent to banker characters.
All mail data can be viewed within the Mail Log. The data is represented in an easy to understand, filterable table. You can input multiple search terms to narrow down specific mail. You can click on an entry to bring up additional information.
The Gold Mailer helps you submit gold for runs that are completed. It knows which banker to send gold to based on the realm you are logged into, and has various checks in place to minimise mistakes, such as whether the minimum run data is present, that you have enough gold, and that gold is attached. It’ll also automatically deduct the postage costs from the submission if you can’t afford the postage.
To use the Gold Mailer, type your Discord Name-Realm into the subject box, this data is saved for future sessions so you won’t need to set it every time. Once you’ve done that, simply paste in the run data into the Run Data box and it will populate the attached gold and if provided, the run date box, then hit send.
For most submissions, it’ll be as simple as pasting the run data and hitting send, however for partial payments and other niche scenarios, you can click on the “Partial Payment” checkbox and modify the amount of gold to send, you can then type in some additional information informing the banker the reasons why you modified the amount attached.
