Crits are emphasized with big numbers, so why not multistrike procs? This simple addon plays a sound whenever multistrike procs for you.
Currently, there are no settings or configuration in game. If you wish to edit the sound, you can switch out the proc.ogg file in the addon folder.

Quickly thrown together, but does what it has to 🙂
