This addon is just a script changing the following nameplates setting:

 

– max distance to 45yd

– make them so they don’t stack up at the screen edge like in the screenshot, but move out, when you pan your camera around

– vertical overlap percentage to 0.6

 

I find these values more to what I’m used to in nameplates.
