Configuration

Layout for oUF based on Toinou UI (French Youtuber)
For work, you need to install before this :
- oUF 8.0.0 ou 8.0.1 => Core [Search on World Of Warcraft Curse Forge.]
- oUF_SpellRange => Plugin for gray out of scope frames
- oUF_MovableFrames => plugin to move UI frames without having to edit LUA files. ( /omf in game for config)
