Priestess of the Moon

This is a simple addon that tries to enhance immersion by playing a sound when you do certain actions on a female balance or restoration druid. Most of the sounds are already in wow's libraries, and all correspond to things Tyrande says or has said.

The addon gives a chance to play a sound when you do a number of different things, but it will never play more often than once every 5 seconds to prevent spamming you.

For example, when you use tranquility, it will say things like "Keep fighting warriors! They may be our end, but they will never defeat our spirit.", "Goddess, if this is to be the end, let us die with your name on our lips!", or "We've got to keep fighting, it cannot end this way!". Similarly, it plays voice-overs when you gain a speed or dps buff.

Please let me know if you have comments. I probably won't add much if any in-game usage, but probably improve it and add tweaks as needed.
