TL;DR
Add the answer for questions made by the 'Historian Ju'pa' (Orgrimmar) or 'Historian Llore' (Stormwind) behind a spoiler in the quest panel itself.
About the AddOn
On patch 7.1.5, an npc for question and answers got addon on both main faction cities.
Those npcs give a question for you to answer, is the answer is correct, you are awarded with 25 Timewarped Badge.
Once you get the quest, talk to the npc again and he you present you with a question and 4 answers which 1 is correct.
This addon adds a black bar right below the question, hovering over this bar shows which are the correct answer.
