RandomHearth

This addon creates a global macro called "RH." During many loading screens the macro will change to a random hearthstone toy from your collection.

It does not use the actual Hearthstone item unless you do not have any of the toys. It also does not use a shaman's Astral Recall spell or either of the Ruby Slippers items. If you do not have *any* means of hearthing, it will print a message to that effect.
