Scrap_ElvUI

Adds the overlay and icon from the addon Scrap (Junk Seller) to your bags when using ElvUI.

Scrap uses this to indicate wether something is going to be sold to the vendor or not but ElvUI uses their own bags and bank frames which breaks the default skinning of Scrap.
