SwapCheck

Purpose

This addon detects if the player has been swapped with a swapblaster. In the event the player is swapped, it will announce to the swap and swapper to Raid / Party / Say / Etc.

Instructions

1. Install the addon.
2. Ensure the SwapCheck addon is enabled and announcing to the desired channel.
3. Change settings as desired.

Commands

Command Alias: /swapcheck /swpchk

• enable – Enables SwapCheck functionality.
• disable – Disables SwapCheck functionality.
• settings – Display current settings.
• announce (a,s,p,r,i,g,o) – Change what channel the announcement goes out on.
  • a – Automatically swap between Party/Raid/Instance.
  • s – Say in Local chat.
  • p – Say in Party chat.
  • r – Say in Raid chat.
  • i – Say in Instance Chat.
  • g – Say in Guild chat.
  • o – Say in Officer chat.
• help – Display a list of commands in game.

Limitations/Bugs

• This version currently doesn't have a GUI for configuration, that should change in subsequent versions.
• False positives are exceedingly rare but possible (based on the detection system).
• The system does not have the ability to check for other raid members. It takes too long for the system to gather all the locations of every member for this to be viable.
