A recent version of tdBag2 is a required dependency.

Features

• Adds a BoE overlay to Bind on Equip items.
• Adds a BoU overlay to temporarily tradeable Items (for example heroic/raid drops that have not yet been bound)
• If the item is temporarily tradeable it will also show time remaining 

     (shorthand and rounded to closest denomination, so “1 hour 25 minutes” would become “1h+” so it fits on item icon)
