Titan Panel Classic has a bug which has existed for awhile which causes your target frame to reset it’s position to the default position sometimes as documented in this open issue https://sourceforge.net/p/titan-panel-classic/tickets/40/.
This plugin for Titan Panel Classic will call a core utility API exposed by Titan Panel Classic telling Titan Panel Classic that another AddOn is controlling the position of the target frame which will prevent Titan Panel Classic from resetting the position of the target frame.
