Description
Set notes on players by right-clicking their character icons. The note is then displayed in the mouseover tooltip. Right-clicking a character icon while the box to enter the note is open, closes the box.
This is a very bare-bones version and has a lot of small issues, but it works.
I'll work on making it better when I can.
