Description
For classic:

- exact nubmer of enemy health (include NPC)
- target threat highlight and percentage (official api)
- NO focus, focus target and party castbar
if omnicc is installed, MAKE SURE "Minimum Cooldown Size" is set to 0.0
because the size of target buff/debuff should be larger than the font size of omnicc (18 default), otherwise the cooldown text cannot be displayed, (the default cooldown text font size of ufp is 12)
DONOT unlock playerframe or targetframe, just use shift drag
Use /ufp or /unitframesplus to open the controlpanel.
