World Buff Death Announcer

Announces in guild chat whenever an enemy player dies and loses world buffs. There are a few "requirements" that need to be met for it to get posted and currently are as follows.

If the player has DMF, it gets announced.

If the player has Dire Maul buffs and either Songflower, Ony, ZG, or WCB, it gets announced.

If the player has Ony, ZG, and either Songflower or WCB, it gets announced.

This is simply to avoid useless spam since it's easy to accidentally get ZG, Ony, or WCB (as horde) without actually trying to get them. We're trying to only announce the deaths of players who are gathering the buffs intentionally.

To avoid spamming the guild chat multiple times if mutliple people have the addon and are present at the kill, the addon selects the player who is first alphabetically of all guildies who have the addon enabled, unless you are the one who dealt the killing blow to the enemy player, in which case you post the message to guild chat even if you aren't first alphabetically.

The commands available can be seen by typing "/wbda" in-game. The commands are definitely a work in progress and in the near future I'll definitely want to turn it into a proper GUI rather than written commands.
