World Buff Tracker Evolution
Continuation of retherzlol's addon with some fixes and added functionality.
- Tracks cooldowns of Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer and Warchief's Blessing
- Displays the cooldowns in the Guild Information panel
- Announces incoming buffs only once to prevent chat spam
