Works for Classic and retail!
This addon only auto-accepts quests that have been shared by other players, this includes escort quests. It does not in any way auto-accept quests from NPCs.
If you want your party members to be able to share quests with you while you are AFK, then thats exactly what the addon is made for. This addon pairs well with my other addon, FollowMePls.
If you want to auto-accept or auto turn-in all quests, then there are other addons that do that, like for example: QuickQuest, AutoTurnIn
