Baik ItemLevel Module

I went to major code rewrites on my addon. In-order to update the addon in time for Shadowlands, I delayed reimplementing some of the addon features. I will eventually reimplement them back, sorry!

Prerequisite

Features

• Adds item level on:
  • Character Equipment
  • Bags/Bank (Blizzard Only)
  • Inspect
• Color Style
  • Relative iLvl
    • Colors based on your current average item level
    • Follows the blizzard rarity colors (grey, white, green, blue, purple, gold, orange).
    • Allows you to determine how "good/bad" an item is
    • Based on a +/- range set in options
  • Quality
    • Colors iLvl text based on item quality
• Filter item level
  • Filter out items below a certain item level
  • Use 0 to never filter
• Loading Text
  • Apparently, you need to pull item level information from blizzard servers if it isn't in your cache (which can take some time)
  • This puts some place holder text in red to indicate the addon is working just waiting to retreive info from servers.
