Displays a message in the middle of the screen and plays a sound when you target a civilian NPC that can give dishonorable kills. When someone in your PvP raid costs everyone points by killing the wrong NPC in a town show them this addon. This doesn't light up on regular guards that are safe to kill, only the actual civilian NPC's that give dishonorable kills.
