Details

A Loose Pebble is obtainable by players who have progressed their MoP The Tillers reputation sufficiently to have received Dog in their farm as a Lost and Lonely reward. Players will know to take this Pebble to a dog who is patiently waiting in their WoD Herb Garden. Upon seeing your pebble, dog will respond somewhat inscrutably. Back in Legion Dalaran, you may find Dog in the pet store, alongside Breanni.
