Description
Hoot Monitor
Ever been in your raid or party with your lovable Moonkin friend, starfiring up a storm, but you just can't hear his adorable and frightening sounds over the combat!? Well then you've been needing this very important add-on in your life.
It's an addon that plays Moonkin "Hooot" sounds when one of your moonkin friends uses '/e' in the emote system and types a phrase that has the word "hoot" in it.
There is currently no Interface other than the slash commands below. You must initially configure it by typing the name of the person you want to track for hoot emotes.
Example:
/hootset momokiki
Chatlog then looks like this:
Momokiki hoots at Olgruff
This will track the player "Momokiki", and if he ever uses an emote with the text "hoot" substring it will locally on your client play moonkin noises.
Features
- Enable and Disable from the Command Line
- Change moonkin to target (non-moonkins work for testing)
Current Slash Commands
/hoot
/hoot enable
/hoot disable
/hootset playerName
