What it Does:
Makes you more aware about the presence of a Npc Detector in Suramar City.
It places an animated indicator above their heads where you can see them in distance having more time to dodge or take a detour.

FAQ:
Q: What is a Npc Detector?
A: To enter and walk freely inside Suramar City you need a disguise, once you have it, only npcs with detection can 'see' you.
Q: No indicator is shown, what I do?
A: Press 'V' to enable name plates.
Q: I have no disguise, don't know what it is.
A: Follow the Suramar quest line until you get it.
