Stop Repeating Yourself!
The intention of Speechless is to disable the Talking Head UI and/or audio during world quests and dungeons. Speechless gives you the option to disable the UI element and the audio independently. In addition, Speechless allows you to override these options if you have not yet experienced the dialogue before.
The options for Speechless can be accessed via the default WoW interface options. Speechless will appear as a menu item in the Addons section.
Disabling the UI dialog box will prevent the UI element from being displayed. This element typically displays an NPC's model, name and the dialogue text. An additional dependent option 'Unless New' allows the dialog box to be shown once, subsequent occurrences (such as repeating a world quest or dungeon) will be hidden.
Disabling the audio will prevent the voiceover from playing. Similar to the UI option above, it is possible to use the 'Unless New' option to allow the audio to play for the first occurrence.
This option will cause Speechless to only operate will inside a dungeon or raid instance. For example, World Quests would no longer be disabled by Speechless.
