Description
iTip enhances item tooltips with useful information the game does not display. I wrote iTip because I found other tooltip addons to be a bit bloated for such a simple task. This addon is extremely lightweight and self-contained (no external library dependencies).
Knowing an item's ID number comes in handy when using the inventory tracking addon FarmIt. Manually entering an item ID into a FarmIt item slot allows you to farm for something you don't currently have. You can download the current version of FarmIt at http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/farm-it

To enable or disable the tooltip information inserted by iTip, type: /itip show
By default iTip does not add item quality information to equipment tooltips because the game already displays it. If for some reason you would like iTip to add item quality info to equippable items anyway, you can turn it on and off with the command: /itip equip
