Adds:

Healing and Damage done, Dodge, Miss, Resist, Absorb, Immune, Parry and Evade information to Target, PartyMember and PartyMemberPet Frames

The code is rubbish, but it works. It will be fixed some day.

Note: Works with Classic, if loaded with "Load out-of-date addons"

Known issues:
Timing is a bit off for the fade-out compared to native PlayerFrame
Critical Strike and Crushing Blows does not appear in larger text on TargetFrame
