RotationHelper

This is a simple addon that displays the next three abilities that you should use, at any moment in time while in combat.  These are recomputed at a constant rate, and may change as circumstances change.  This includes the number of active enemies, procs, external buffs, etc…

• Create draggable anchor for the icons that can be locked/unlocked
