Upon applying Greater Rune of Warding, a timestamp gets saved +60m from application
Icon shows time left on Greater Rune of Warding
Options to position the icon + toggle timer / chat message

Todo:

Improve options pane
Make it draggable

Why:

Weakauras can’t access the additional enchant on chest
When you reload UI, any WA progress timer will be reset (so also when joining arena)
