Adds a button to the dungeon journal that generates individual simulationcraft copy profiles for every item on the currently visible loot table.

Two copy profiles are made for rings, trinkets, and one handed weapons to account for both slots.

Copy profiles are generated for every permutation of Azerite traits for your current spec.
