Trinket Tracker is an addon wich track trinket and rings.

It can track player trinket, party trinket (up ot 3) and enemy arena (up to 3)

 

To move frame that can track it just use the following command in the game chat window:

 

 

/tct unlock used to unlock frame so they can be moved around the screen, you also can disable ring proc tracking or just disable the frame entirely 

/tct lock used to lock frame and make it non interactive
