BiS Best In Slot Items Tooltip TBC Phase 3

Now using EPV points and best item for that slot as anchor point ! 

Previously it used wowhead descriptions so you could have multiple BiS, multiple Options :: Now you know the approximate percentage too !

Totally new concept

Multiple BiS Lists from wowhead, Icy-veins and others have different views, there is no forgetting how your other sets are affecting a particular BiS item or not, but it seems many players confuse what is BiS, and some even stick to BiS listed in such websites without the least consideration of that item requirement for a set or not, or having other items worn for this to become BiS.
Long story short, some of you are well educated in the best in slot theories and some just need a simple or simpler guide.

This update, I have moved to another approach.
The EPV points, where the most yielding item points is the anchor point of other items.
Again, all those points consider you are hitcapped including the hitpoints on the item to be worn, if you become over hitcapped, the numbers actually DROP.
Due to the lack of space in tooltips I can not include a full guide on each item, and definitely will not.
I will include some google sheet link for you to calculate closely and again, those numbers assume you are in hitcap range.

Wolfshead Helm is a problematic item, it is still considered a BiS for all Meow cats out there, but has no EPV really, so decided to equalize it with the top yielding item for now (rounded).
