DwTools

Adds 2 movable buttons that reload the ui and open and close the frame stack window. I made this so I could easily reload over and over while developing other addons with out having to make a macro and keybinds. The buttons are big and movable so you can place them where you want them so they don't interfere with the addon you are working on.

Also adds chat commands to reload "/rl" and open frame stack "/fs". Other chat commands for the buttons can be found using "/dwt help".

Options to:

• enable or disable each button.
• Lock each button.
• Scale buttons to make bigger or smaller.
